I went in not knowing what to expect and really nervous to get started. they were on time, so professional and provided me with the best service. they made sure to put me in different styles to ensure I found my perfect dress. the young girl helping me, although she was new, she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and comfortable in the store. when discussing dress options with my mum, they gave us space to talk and didn't pressure me into making rushed decisions. they provided their feedback and were just so kind and helpful.

I received a text to alert me when my dress was ready for pickup, and then made a booking to go pick it up. again, they were on time, ran through the physical condition of the dress with me to make sure everything was fine, and it was in perfect condition. I was then able to try my gown on, and they again helped me and showed me different ways to tie it up to suit exactly what I wanted.
